叶绿体铁转运蛋白的研究进展

摘 要:

叶绿体起源于三十亿年前的蓝细菌。作为光合作用的场所, 高等植物的叶绿体提供了生命所需的氧气和碳水化合物。由于光合电子传递链的氧化还原作用, 叶绿体装载了大量的过渡金属铁。本文综述了叶绿体与铁的关系, 叶绿体获得铁的机制以及参与叶绿体中的铁转运相关蛋白的最新研究进展。

Research progress in chloroplast iron transport proteins

Abstract:

Chloroplasts originated from cyanobacteria three billion years ago. Chloroplasts, as the site for photosynthesis, supply oxygen and carbohydrate for all life. Chloroplasts are loaded with numerous transition metals iron (Fe) due to Fe is required for redox reactions of photosynthetic electron transport chains. In this review, we present an overview of the relationship between chloroplast and Fe, chloroplast Fe acquisition mechanisms, and several chloroplast Fe transport proteins known so far.
